WellFit Pilates offers Small Group Classes or Private Sessions to help you to reach your goals.

If you enjoy the social side of exercise then our Small Group Classes will be perfect for you. Just 6 participants per class so there’s lots of individualised attention in an intimate and friendly setting.

If you prefer to be on your own then private sessions for one or two people will be perfect for you. Achieve your health and fitness goals in super fast time with these focused and specialised sessions.

Small Group Classes – Choose From:

(1) Core strength and spinal conditioning

Restore movement and strength with expert personalised tuition

Monday, Friday 9.30-10.15am


(2) Back Care

Reduce pain and restore movement under expert guidance with individualised variations to cater for your particular needs.

Wednesday and Friday 9.30-10.15am


(3) Over 60’s Pilates

Feel completely comfortable improving and maintaining your strength and mobility with a group of like minded active older adults.

Monday and Friday 11-11.45am


Private Pilates Sessions – Choose From:

30 Minute sessions – these work best when time is short, if you are not very fit or if you are just beginning to learn Pilates. Use the Pilates reformer in these sessions.

45 minute sessions – these sessions are suitable for those with a moderate level of fitness and who understand the basics of Pilates exercise. Use the Reformer and Tower in these sessions.

60 minute sessions – these work best for fitter participants who have a background understanding and experience of Pilates exercise, and who like to be challenged. Use the Reformer, Tower, Chair and Power Circle in these sessions.
