My name is Trude Cameron and I am the Director and Master Trainer at Wellfit Pilates.

In my lifetime I have suffered with a serious spinal injury and the degradation and eventual replacement of a major joint with an artificial one, all the while striving to stay fit and maintain my mobility.

For the past 25 years I have worked extensively in the delivery of exercise programmes and Fitness education, with the last 15 years dedicated to Pilates exercise. I chose Pilates because of the amazing benefits this form of exercise brings in a way that is safe and kind to the body while being incredibly effective.
